This product is the prime example of why I wait a long time to posts reviews of products. When I initially bought this brush in Sept. 2018, I loved it. I loved the feel of the handle. I loved the various brushes - although I mainly only used one. I loved the dual speed. I loved this brush.Then by late December, I began to have issues with the motor. It wouldn't turn on. Thinking it needed new batteries, I put in new ones. Still it didn't turn on so I used it like a manual brush. The following day I tried to turn it on again and this time it worked. Since then the brush would turn on every so often. Then last week, it wouldn't turn off so I yanked out the batteries out. The following day, I put the batteris back in and it didn't turn on. It is dead.Now I'm off to find another handheld automatic cleansing brush.

This is an awesome product. Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. The brush is of good quality, and is very effective on my skin, leaving it feeling soft and looking healthy. I love the extra included brushes and the case makes it perfect when traveling. I plan on purchasing more of these brushes for friends.

I got this for my 11 year old daughter because I wanted her to have something that would be gentle on her face but help her with proper face washing as she does have a tendency to have mild acne. This is perfect for her. She uses it every day and the bristles never irritate her skin. It has helped her a lot.

Ordered the HeinkelDesign Facial Cleanser set and been using it about a week. My skin feels and looks amazing! I have always suffered with dry flaky bits of skin especially round my nose and chin, this device has gently removed all of it and my skin has a healthy glow.It has 2 speeds and 3 different brush heads, amazing quality and sturdy design. It’s easy to clean and comes with an awesome hard shell carry case to keep it all together.I’m so happy with it!

This product has done a great job on my face. The difference was immediate. Ihave very oily skin and I am very old. However the brushes have tightened my skin and the pores look smaller. I want to purchase another set of brushes. Please do not letus down. When can we order?

A friend recommended this and I wouldn't usually be interested in such gadgets, but I love it! I use the cleansing brush on the low setting for make-up removal and it does a great job. The exfoliating brush on the higher setting is my go-to in the morning. Pretty sure I've already seen an improvement in skin tone, I need to use way less cleanser, plus it's fun! The package it comes in is also cute and convenient. This is why we listen to our friends!

Very disappointing! Charge died after having it for only a few months!

I thought this product came with 3 brush heads? I only received 1 brush head attached to the handle. Yes I checked the rest of package but it did not even come in the case. It was just that with a little stand and that was it. Kinda diasspointed to be honest....
