The kit contained a form to be completed which contained many personal questions and/or confidential medical information (symptoms, etc.) which are unnecessary for the purposes of doing objective scientific testing given that the test to be performed has been determined. I received my kit and filled the vials as instructed but only completed a small portion of the form, providing only the information that would normally be provided to a lab and to send me my testing information (age, address, etc.).I became concerned when the paperwork in the kit failed to have any statement regarding the confidentiality of the testing information, disclosure or other uses (as I have seen with other companies that do DNA or other testing). The statement on the Amazon listing only said that the testing facility retains the information for a short time (but does not say if that is a month, a year or 5 years) and then it is cleared from the system. Given the lack of any privacy notice I added a note to my form stating specifically that I did not authorize the disclosure of my testing results information to any third party, the use of my testing results for any purpose, and that the results were to be provided only to me.I received a response from ZRT which informed me that "If we cannot release results to Health Confirm then testing must be cancelled and you will need to purchase a new kit directly from ZRT and recollect sample." ZRT claimed I had purchased the kit directly from Health Confirm even though that entity name did not appear anywhere on the Amazon listing. Even more disturbing, there was no indication given as to what "Health Confirm" would do once they were given my information, confidential medical details and testing results. In addition, because I had no contact with "Health Confirm" or any information about the type of company they were, I would have no control or knowledge of what they did with my medical information and arguably, they would be able to freely sell, disclose or provide the information to anyone.I protested the release of the information given that the testing kit did not include any notification that the unrestricted disclosure and use of my confidential medical information was a requirement for testing. ZRT's response was "We have contacted Health Confirm and they have agreed to have results be released only to you." They never responded to my request for the documentation showing that I consented to the release of my confidential medical information to "Health Confirm" nor did they provide any information about their privacy policy regarding the use of the confidential medical information.I notified Amazon of the questionable practices surrounding this testing and got a refund. I did not get any testing results and cannot comment on the usefulness of those results.

Most doctors don't seem to know or be interested in extensive exploration into a person's health improvements. I am an 80 yr. old woman and have stayed away from pharmaceuticals and used the most natural ways to health. I knew something was wrong. This Adrenal Stress Profile kit was the perfect answer. Without this test which is the most reliable and accurate, I would not have been able to confirm if I had adrenal fatigue which I was suspecting. I also ended up finding out that I have extremely low DHEA (the level of an 80 yr old woman) and I am only 52! With this information, my doctor instructed me to start taking DHEA.I found out my morning, noon, and late afternoon cortisol are all low and my bedtime cortisol is high.I am taking the appropriate measures to correct these.

I could never get a doctor to run a proper test to check cortisol levels. From the symptoms that have been plaguing me, I suspected that this was my problem. I ordered this test and found that my cortisol levels did not cycle, but stayed high throughout the day and night. I'm grateful to finally know the truth.

This test is perfect to find out your cortisol levels. Make sure you follow the directions and you’ll have your results through the ZRT website within a couple weeks. Freeze your samples until you mail them. I would suggest only mailing your test out on Monday, Tuesday and don’t mail near a holiday.

Got my test results back quickly. They are written where you can decipher the levels. They also note where they see an issue. Gave me great peace of mind actually seeing my results throughout the day!

My doctor wanted me to take this & at the drug store is was $275. Extra same product.Great deal. The reports come back via email & you can print & take to your Dr.
