I make a salad religiously. I recently moved into a home where the water pressure SUCKS and my OCD drove me to purchase these to make my daily salads in instead. I also log my food so I can share I can fit 60 grams of greens, 100 grams of grilled chicken, some croutons and about 45 grams of dressing all with enough room to put the lid on and shake to mix everything really well. Love these! I’ve even used them for cauliflower wings straight out the fryer, put them in here with the buffalo sauce and mixed everything and these have held up really well in all situations.
