Love these! They are wooden and larger than the cheap cute plastic dollhouse items on Amazon. These are roughly 1:12 scale. I'm hopeful these will withstand my tough toddler.

This could be a pro or a con depending on tastes and play-style; in my daughter's house this meant that areas devoted to kids and "young people" were colorful and the adult dolls' areas were more staid.As always we particular appreciate the smaller elements—in this case, the plant, skateboard, and rocking horse, for example.Arrived well-packaged (and not light-weight!), this would make an excellent gift for a niece or nephew.

I carefully opened the box without damaging the cardboard and was thrilled to see the contents. Each individual piece, and there are 26 was carefully wrapped. Truly a sign of quality. I did not unwrap the items and wish to preserve that excitement for Maggie. She is going to absolutely love it and will cherish it for years to come. This set is adorable! There are 36 wooden pieces. Each piece is very well made with smooth edges and rounded corners. The colors are soft pastels many with simple detailing. I had to laugh because even the skateboard has rotating wheels.This is a safe, beautiful set and will be the delight of many youngsters. Just know that the pieces are large and not for small or miniature doll houses. The web page description says that the furnitrure fits most DIY dollhouses.
