Love this Oven!!
I love this appliance!! I am alone now so this works great for cooking for one! I use it every day and don’t use my air fryer any more. There so several options to air fry, bake, etc. I don’t have to heat my oven up now for some little item. It is easy to clean and looks great on counter. My only regret is that I didn’t have this years ago!! I highly recommend…

This has been a great oven
My mom uses this daily and loves it. Perfect for her kitchenette because she doesn't use the big oven anymore

UPDATE: Company sent updated & improved replacement!
UPDATE: The company did finally respond to my communications and they apologized. They sent me a brand new updated model that is MUCH more intuitive, user friendly & easy to use. Now there are separate keypad touch buttons for each different cooking mode rather than having to touch 1 button repeatedly to scroll through each mode. The temp & time up & down touch buttons are also easy to use. This is so much improved that I can recommend it now. Will update if it doesn't last.... UPDATE: IT'S JUST A YEAR OLD & TOTALLY QUIT WORKING. NO WARNING, JUST QUIT IN THE MIDDLE OF COOKING SOMETHING. I will add that their customer service isn't just bad, it's NON-EXISTENT. I have tried via email, phone & Amazon but there has been NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Do NOT buy their junk. My old toaster oven/air fryer was worn out so I found this one. I am actually impressed with the function. It will get food very crispy using the air fryer function. It has a wide variety of function settings, but I've only used Air Fry and Bake. The reasons I gave 4 stars: 1. The instructions were terrible and not plentiful; plus the functioning is not very intuitive so it's a bit confusing. 2. After I bought it Sam's Club had the Emeril Lagasse unit extremely similar to this one (and very highly rated) on a sale for a good $30 less than this product. Overall, yes I recommend, but price compare before deciding.

Great for small spaces, but too small for Pizza. Nice Quality. Inadequate Instructions.
Happy with my purchase, but it needs to be wider. You can't cook a pizza.. Its too narrow and my pans from my old oven don't fit either. It bakes a roast well and heats up leftovers with the airfry setting. I cooked a chicken breast with mayo, parmesan and breadcrumbs. I turned it on "chicken" setting and air started blowing and the breadcrumbs went everywhere. I went down in the cracks in the base and landed all over the walls. It was a bear to clean. Before that I had no problem cleaning it. I always use foil with the basket because it would be hard to clean. That works well. I also have a problem with having to scroll through all options to get to the one you want. Not a deal breaker, but inconvenient. It doesn't get that hot on top or sides and I love that. The worst thing is that their are no useful instructions on how to use it. No recipes or temperature settings. That would be a real good thing to implement. Not that expensive and would be greatly appreciated in order to get the most use out of it. I wouldn't buy again, but not unhappy. Great for small spaces..

Works well for some things, controls are not great, fan is on for everything
This air fryer French door oven is tricky to review because it has some good points and bad points. How about a bullet list? - It's small, which is great if that's what you want, like we did. Probably not so good if you want to cook a whole chicken. The controls are on top instead of on the side, which means it takes up less counter space. - It has nice French doors, which I like a lot better than a pull-down oven-style door on other air fryers. The doors are linked together so you only have to pull either handle to open both doors. The doors do not slam shut hard. - Only a few of the spots that light up on the control panel are actually buttons. For example, you can push the + and - buttons to change the temperature and time, but you can't push "Fries" to cook fries. Instead, you have to push a button to cycle through all of the preprogrammed cooking options, which is a pain. In the end, though, that doesn't really matter because all the preprogrammed options do is set a time and temperature, and you can do that with other buttons. - The fan is nice and strong for air frying. - The air fryer fan is always on when the oven is in use, even when you don't want to air fry. This is not good. First, it's pretty loud, and second, it dries out toast and other foods that don't do well with air frying. This is where the designers weren't clear on the difference between an air fryer and a toaster oven, which is too bad. If you want this mostly as a small air fryer and don't mind fan noise, it's a good one. If you need to use it as a toaster/oven at times without air frying, look elsewhere.

Revised review! Died after less than 4 months
Revised review: After contacting the manufacturer I was sent a new unit within a few days! Can’t beat a responsive customer service team. Loved it, until it died during my lunch today. Received it on 9/15/2024 and it stopped working on 01/09/2025. It cooked faster than another air fryer we have had, very even and didn’t sound like a turbo engine. The ease of use of the controls was a 6 out of 10, but not a deterrent for me. Easy to clean and nice enough looking to have it on the counter. Did I just get a lemon or is the new “longevity “ of items we purchase?

Do not recommend
I have had this air fryer since January now and now I can’t finally give my honest review. It works pretty well to warm food up but the two things I hate about it and that would make me not purchase again is how difficult it is to clean and how it leaks the food oil from the bottom. I haven’t even had it for 6 months and it looks ugly now and old due to being nearly impossible to clean. I would definitely not spend my money on this product again.

Very good!
We use this alot more than the regular oven. Works well for the many settings it has available. We use the air fryer and oven settings (bake, broil) most. Very happy with the quality of construction. And, it's easy to use too. Enjoy!
