Satisfying and great with meals.
I received my order right at dinner time. I immediately added it to my meal, chilled from being delivered at a low outdoor temperature. The label said it had 6 servings, which seemed like a joke; I consumed the entire can! I’m guessing most people would do the same. It has a bit of heat to start, which complemented my dinner very well.I found it to be less crunchy than I expected, and it didn’t have the tangy aftertaste that homemade kimchi often does. I plan to reorder or take advantage of a subscription. I'm eagerly awaiting to see if I’ll regret all that kimchi seasoning, but four hours in, and my stomach feels great! If I don’t update, it means I made it through!I did look for their chips, but they were unavailable. I’ve used their kimchi seasoning on my salads, hot dog chili, and everything except ice cream, and I really like it. For the price, I'm satisfied, but I wish the container were made of glass and more significant, which would allow for more use with more significant cabbage pieces. For now, it definitely beats what I can find locally.

Hot and sour
The quality of these is pretty good. There's a bit of a sour taste that I'm not a huge fan of, but nice and spicy and satisfying.

Soggy, mushy, no taste ,no garlic!
This company should ashamed of themselves. Each can contains 1 chopped up cabbage leaf or less, and it’s mostly the core, which I don’t mind, if it’s actually good kimchi. This was a huge disappointment. I thought that since it’s from Korea it’ll have more flavor. Unfortunately, like others have pointed out, the cabbage (and there’s only cabbage) is very soggy, limp, and mushy. No crunch at all. The flavor isn’t good either. No seasoning, no crunch, no other veggies only cabbage. I don’t even taste any garlic! I just ate another bite and it’s like eating overcooked cabbage soup. There’s no fermented taste or smell, it’s really just pickled cabbage with red chili peppers swimming in vinegar. This product is too expensive to be this bad. I will not be buying random food products from Amazon again. The kimchi I get from my local grocer, which is mass produced, is so much better; more flavor, crunch, and contains other veggies, and FERMENTED. Did I mention that this kimchi is very soggy and mushy? Well, it’s very SOGGY and MUSHY!I don’t even want to donate the remaining 5 cans to a food pantry, It’s too embarrassing! Anyone can make this; it’s just cabbage core, vinegar, salt and hot peppers.Don’t buy this!

Okay and handy to have ready to go.
Pretty good kinchi. Quite mild, but just add the amount of gochigaru to match your taste. That actually improves the taste a whole lot. Maybe not the best I've had, but good enough, and being able to always have a little kim chi on hand is a nice thing. Ingredients are napa cabbage, water, red chili pepper, garlic, sugar and salt. Excellent. No chemicals. "Sterilization product." There's no "best by" info on the can, but that means it will keep forever, right? Seriously, I'll eat it well before it starts to think about going bad.

Kimchi
Pretty good kimchi. Add to your instant noodles or something. Or just eat it straight from the can like a cool guy.

Not crunchy at all
