What are the instructions for ironing on this item?

I used a steam iron. You have to turn the iron on high. Wait till it's hot. Place the patch on the item you want it to stick to. Put the patch down and play a thin cloth over it, use it as a buffer so the iron dont burn the patch. Then iron like normal and steam sporadically. Flip item and iron on the back. Then repeat the process. Then let and allow the glue to cool. And it's done.

The patch is 3" round and it is an iron on patch. Nice design.
