The ball is easily gripped and fun to throw and it looks good too.

Can't beat a solid slam ball on a bad day! This one is durable, easy to grab, and a decent weight for reps.

I would say not for beginners and having A. Clean hands that are dry or B. Having grip gloves to hand this ball better, it is rubber type so I guess depends on you, I purchased the 30lbs and it's fantastic perfect amount for a great amount of exercises, you definitely can toss it over head outside but I've only done that on grass so you should also to be safe, I've brought it to football practice with players just alot can be done with it for sure, just don't get a super heavy one that you can do one little set instead of 2 or 3 in one go. I'm 6'1 225 to give you and idea and even 30lbs is a bit heavy but good enough for what it's used for.

I had My medicine ball for almost 1 year. Now has a rip with sand coming out. I'm not using it outside. I'm using it in my garage only.

表面はマットな質感で、サラサラしており、手が乾燥していると滑ります。凹凸も有りますが、商品写真の1/2〜1/3程で、ボール自体が柔らかく、持ちやすさや滑り止めの効果は、全くありません。トレーニング時は手袋は必須かなと思います。重さの割に、素材がソフトで薄く透ける感じのため硬いアスファルト等に打ち付けると直ぐに割れそうで、ハードな使用には向かないと思います。アウトレット購入で、外装破損の品でしたが、商品自体は綺麗で問題ありませんでした。2000円程安く購入できたので良かったです。
