Works well...but requires lots of strength.
Definitely gets the swages done properly. Remember you need 5 on a 3/8 wire. If you are doing a double swage, like putting a hook on the end of a cable, you better be strong and own sturdy boots. The handles start 180 out. You put you booted foot in the middle and pull like Sampson. I dont know how to quantify it, but if you cant lat pull at least 150#, or even 200, maybe dont buy this tool.
