Great WFH chair.
So far way past expectations. WFH and on this everyday. A huge upgrade. And for the money? Looks great and feels rock solid.

Well made office chair with a few key let-downs
I bought this during a sale for £279.99, with not many other *decent* options that have a foam seat and a mesh backrest. One key thing to note is that in some official Desktronic photos, the frame looks bright white however, it's more of a light grey colour (I found this a bit misleading). I personally think it'd look better with a whiter frame. The assembly was easy and I purchased the Premium wheels to protect my floor. Two of them had small chips in the paint however, I was sent another set after contacting Desktronic directly. The foam seat is firm but with enough give to comfortably sit all day. It has a unique design (I like that you can adjust the reclining tension so you're not 'sprung' forward when reclining - which is why I bought the SitPro rather than the SitOne) and the arm rests are made of a really comfy foam which doesn't ever hurt when resting both arms on them. The downsides are what make this a 3 star product. As another reviewer pointed out, the seat base tilt function only has two positions so it either tilts slightly forwards or slightly backwards. I've left it to tilt backwards however, this seems like a glaring oversight which should have been obvious at the design phase. The worst thing is the headrest protrudes too far forward and you can only really 'tilt' it slightly in 3 positions, or move the whole headrest up and down. I'm still getting used to this and I'm unable to completely remove it due to the shape of the plastic that goes through the hole in the backrest. I may resort to using a hammer from beneath if I'm unable to get on with this headrest. I'd strongly suggest Desktronic offer an alternative in future because if you look at the spine/back/head alignment of *good posture* (search online), no headrest should be so far forward as it encourages you to 'hunch' and tilt your head forward. Moving it up and down hasn't helped either. The arm rests would benefit from moving lower as when I try to set the height so my arms are in the most ergonomic position (I.e. so my wrists are relatively flat when typing), they get in the way so I can’t be as close to the desk. Having seen reviews for other desks, this seems to be a common problem. In hindsight, it would have been better to go for a chair with arm rests that completely move out of the way. I can completely remove them on this one, though that’s inconvenient.Overall, I'm hesitant to recommend this chair (especially at the regular price!) however, if Desktronic offer a redesigned headrest that promotes *good* posture, I'd happily pay for this alternative and it'd push this up to a 4* review. I may see if I can find a compatible arm rest and head rest, though that’s highly unlikely.UPDATE: Desktronic messaged me directly on Amazon to offer a full refund so I've upgraded this rating from 3* to 4*, as the superb customer service made up for the shortcomings in this chair's design.

Nearly perfect honestly
Great quality, semi easy solo build, great recline. The chair is firm, personally unsure if i like this or not because this is both my sofa/office chair simultaneously.Around £300- could be a bit cheaper but never the less still relatively cheap.very clean lookI am not personally a fan of 4D armrests but these seem to have a good resistance.

Not so ergonomic as the name suggests
Nice looking chair and well built with a very good base Donati base mechanism but has a couple niggling issues for me personally. Firstly there is a great deal of adjustability however I cant get it just right. The seat base can be moved forwards, backwards and tilted but it is done in steps rather than fully free adjustment. This means when you tilt it it is either slightly sloped forward or backwards. Why on earth there is no middle "flat" setting is beyond me. and then the lumbar is non existent which is the most important for me and also the back itself suffers same issue with steps, its either bolt upright or too far sloped back. Finally the arms are too high in their lowest position. This may be ok for some but its just too high for me and becomes uncomfortable. With some small improvements it could be great
