Works amazing has labels so you know where to plug everything motor has a lot of torque

I have been wanting to spend a little money and build my first electric vehicle and this kit let me do it for cheaper then I thought I could. I got a 20ah battery for $200 and slapped it all on this razor mini chopper I had in the basement. The included sprocket actually fit right on the chopper! I did have to shorten the chain which did not have a master link so that was a pain, and there is a pretty bad delay in the throttle, like really bad, like maybe 800ms it seems (almost a whole second), not sure if that has to do with the throttle itself or the controller. Also it came with no documentation what so ever so Chat GPT and Google helped me figure out wiring it up. I love the kit for the price and how it came with the sprocket that fit my project perfectly but mostly because of the delay and somewhat because of the lack of a master link in the chain of any manual/documentation I'm giving it a 4 star. The thing rips tho! I am getting a 15 tooth sprocket for the motor to decrease the torque and increase the top speed, it has plenty (maybe to much) torque with the included 11 tooth. Power wise it decently beats my expectations and overall I am happy. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can get some use out of my build!

I really like that my Vivor motor set arrived in a timely manor but what disappointed me the most it that the motor itself arrived very damaged. It has a huge dent on the top front of the motor and is also damaged like someone wedged a screwdriver or something in the same spot. The motor still works but hopefully nothing will happen to it as time goes by while using it. Other than that it's exactly what I ordered.

Controller causing lag when engaging throttle. Have changed throttle a couple times and eliminated it as the cause as it acts the same. There is some issue with the controller.

The media could not be loaded. If I set rocker switch on and connect power, everything works. If I turn the switch off , it turns off controller. When I turn switch back on it won’t turn the controller on. If I again leave the switch on and disconnect the power connector and reconnect, the controller turns on. Switch is basic rocker switch 4 terminal. I’ve also tried just breaking positive with the switch and same result.
