I have to say I am very impressed!£12.74 for the quality of camera image is quite incredible. I didn't appreciate until I started using it, that it has a gyroscope / level sensor inside, so however you turn the camera & spoon, the image remains the right way up.This is REALLY important and impressive as it means that left, is always left, regardless of which way up the camera actually is. Without this function, it would be VERY tricky to manoeuvre the spoon accurately and could risk causing pain.There are also two levels of brightness and led off, if required.There are a number of replacement tips and the metal ear spoons / tools too.Excellent value for money!

Quite pleased with this, it is good for checking ear canals and removing wax though being straight it cannot get into all places.The device itself for me will go in ear as far it can without damaging eardrum, this cannot be said of some of the tools that come with it, so care needs to be taken.Only regret is that tools aren't interchangeable on the device, but for the price it is good value.Probably should disinfect whatever you want to use before putting it in your ears, just in case.

Picture was clear but the device was too big to get in to my ears. The extra instruments provided are dangerous.

Does what I need it to do. The attachment does get in the way a bit, making it difficult to get the right angle to see the eardrum, but with a bit of manoeuvring, you can just about see what you need to. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable removing wax from the eardrum itself, but it's handy to get to the bits further up the ear canal. I use rubber ear bulbs to squirt water into the ear to clean out the wax from further down, then check with the camera to make sure I've got it all. Image is nice and clear. It did take a couple of tries to get it connected, but I just had to set it to always connect to get it to work properly.

Really easy to set up, excellent quality picture. Can use to see other things as well. So easy to clean just soak in water then dry. Battery lasts for ages. Wax removal is such a simple procedure and your in control yourself.

We had a previous version of this which had been well used and were pleased with it, so when the batteries started to fail, we decided to get another one. This one has a better designed end for keeping the tips on, and the camera for viewing what you are doing is better as well. There is a good selection of rubber tips you can use, and a bonus, there are a few other implements that can be used for the removal of wax, or for a few other things. I wonder if one day someone will come up with a design for a tiny grip to put on the end, so when you see a stuborn bit of wax that just refuses to come out, you can just grip it and ease it out that way? I can always hope!I am happy to recommend this wax remover, after all we would not have bought another of we had not been happy with the first, and as I have said, it is even an improvement!

While the idea of a high-definition camera for ear cleaning sounds great, the execution leaves much to be desired.First, the connection process is frustrating. Despite following the instructions, I had a hard time connecting the otoscope to my phone. It frequently loses Wi-Fi signal, which makes it impossible to get a clear view when I need it most. I ended up spending more time troubleshooting than actually using it.The quality of the images is also underwhelming. While it claims to offer 1920P HD resolution, I found the clarity to be lacking, making it difficult to actually see what I was trying to clean. The adjustable LED lights don’t help as much as I expected—they often create glare instead of providing the necessary illumination.Moreover, while the kit comes with a stainless steel cleaner set, I found the tools to be of average quality at best. They felt flimsy and not as effective as I hoped for.

Absolutely fantastic. So much better than I thought it was going to be.
