I'm a distance road runner and have suffered with a burning sensation to my forefeet for a very very long time. I've only ever used Vaseline to help reduce the problem. I appled Foot Glide for the first time 2 months ago and the burning sensation has never returned. Brilliant product! High 5'

I bought this to prevent blisters when wearing sandals and heels, what a disaster. My feet felt greasy (like vaseline) and were sliding around my sandals. Although it says not to put on broken skin I felt it was quite soothing on my skin once it was ripped to shreds

I rub this on the sole of my foot before running 10k or 15K. I get no rubbing or burning sensation at all, very good product. I will be buying again when this one is finished, however I think it will last for a long while.

I expected it to be the size of a tool on deodorant. Expensive for the size!
