Used for many years when doing long distance walks. Very effective

I used this recently for my trip abroad where I was doing a lot of steps and needed that extra support. Think it really works (zero blisters!) and I love how easy it was to use. The texture was not 'sticky' at all and basically felt like invisible protection.

I rub this on the sole of my foot before running 10k or 15K. I get no rubbing or burning sensation at all, very good product. I will be buying again when this one is finished, however I think it will last for a long while.

Easy to apply with a subtle smell. Great for shorter distances, but I still get hot spots over 10 miles and when I wore it for a half marathon I still got a big blister on the sole of my foot.
