I recommend this quality outdoor TV for anyone looking for a clear, vibrant picture and ease of installation. Sylvox has built into this Google TV's software an easy installation process you can complete before hanging on the wall and it works very well with our home wi-fi even above the fireplace out on the back porch. I also purchased the Sylvox full-motion wall mount which made installation on our limestone fireplace easy and provides the best viewing angle versus a fixed mount.

I purchased this TV for our outdoor covered boathouse so we could watch TV while sitting out by the river. I was amazed at how bright and clear the picture was even when the sun was out. There was absolutely no reflection of the sun or glare on the screen. I was thoroughly satisfied with the performance of the TV and then after a few months it quit working. What surprised me even more was the customer service I received once it broke. I emailed their warranty department and Sally explained what pictures and short video she needed to evaluate the issue. After emailing them to Sally, she had a replacement TV shipped out the next day with a return label for the bad TV. The entire process only took a week, and I was back up and running. Sally emailed me everyday with updates on shipping, etc. I think I was more impressed with their customer service than the actual TV and it is great. Things break but this company stands behind their product. Highly recommend!!

Amazing color and clarity

I had researched outdoor TVs a ton before making this purchase. Overall, it's a good product. It runs Android 11 from January 2024 and it's the latest version for the TV, it's a little slow at times and even though it's less than 10ft from my router, it disconnects sometimes. The remote control is bluetooth and works well. The sound is a little muffled and the picture -- despite me working to adjust similar to my top end Sony's -- seems oversaturated. The customer service is excellent.

The TV looks great on our covered deck. The sound quality of the internal speaker is also solid. It connected to Wi-Fi easily, and logging in to all of our services through apps on the Google TV interface was simple. Image quality is excellent. Customer service from the manufacturer has also been exemplary.
