This is easy to take. I just put it under my tongue as that would be the quickest way to absorb the ingredients. It doesn't taste great but not awful and I didn't have any adverse reactions to it.

It's a decent glutathione supplement - it's in the dropper bottle and you can simply take it just like cough drops. I think it's pretty good dose for per serving, since it's 2000mg and it actually also contains phosphatidylcholine. It's well know that glutathione's effect is synergistic with phosphatidylcholine, so I guess it's pretty good. I have used this product for a week, and it feels like my skin looks brighter and feeling less tired. I am not sure it's psychological or really working but I DO love this product!

I have only been taking this for a few days so not long enough to notice anything drastic so I am unsure of long term effects. In the short term I have enjoyed taking it thus far.
