My wife and I love this couch because it's electric chairs I keep trying to push it down on my legs but that ain't working got to push the buttons. But we did have one with the console in the middle that was stationary but we wanted this one cuz it lifts up that way the dog can get up here with us and he loves it too.We got the cloth one because we are afraid the dogs nails would go through the synthetic leather, so far everything the dogs put on the couch or been on the couch it seems just spray a rag and wipe it off and it comes right off great material, two thumbs up recommendation

We bought this sofa and it was more than we expected. Beautiful gray fabric and comfortable. It was well worth the money for us. Somewhere I made a mistake and purchased 2 but Amazon was very good on a full refund. I just declined one when it came and got the refund within 7 days.

We love this couch so much, the only downfall we have is one side when you sit down pops and pops when you get up, so I think there is something going on underneath. But other than that the couch is so comfy and soft!

I see the reviews are for two different loveseats and the assembly video posted has an incorrect procedure. It may because it's a different model. The four steel plates provided need to be installed on the outside NOT INSIDE of the rail (Shown in video) or the feet won't sit flat on the floor. Left side recliner is making a clicking noise but functions. I purchased the service plan so I'm not worried. Comfort is very good. The head rest when pulled out is awesome but it took a while to figure out how to get it to go back. Nothing in the directions about it. In order to get the headrest to go back, you have to pull it more towards you and down pretty hard and it will reset back to the original position. Over all, I like the quality. It helps to have two people assemble it as the recliners need to be pushed together as close as you can at the same time tightening the bottom brackets.

We are OBSESSED with our new couch and loveseat! Each came in 4 separate boxes (8 total) but Amazon marked it as delivered when only half the boxes came. When I contacted the seller they confirmed that the other boxes were still on the way and we received them in the next couple days.Everything went together fairly easily. Just be careful putting the side arms on. Make sure both slide rails are lined up. The first time we put them on we missed one of the slides so they were wobbly. We managed to remove them and fix the issue pretty easily (though with a bit of tough encouragement). If you adjust the headrest you have to pull it pretty hard all the way out to get them back into the neutral position.

I wish I had ordered 2 of these couches. Came in 4 boxes and I was nervous that it wasn't going to be good quality. I was able to put it together myself. Looks great and is so comfy. Lots of cushion. The chargers on it are pretty cool too.

THIRD PARTY SELLERDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!I spent $961.19 on this sofa and it didn't close properly, had a foul smell that didn't go away afer 24 hours, and the material was not as expected I requested a refund & was told there would be $180.00 restock fee they charged me $197.00 contacted Amazon & because they are third party sellers they can't refund me.BUYERS BEWARE!!
