Easy to take Creatine supplement.
As part of an ongoing fitness and health routine, I wanted to incorporate Creatine. As this comes in capsule form, it is much more convenient than mixing creatine into smoothies or water. Because of the volume needed, the capsules are a bit larger than a "regular" capsule, but they are smooth so taking with water is no problem. No stomach upset for me, so all is good.

The capsules don’t have a foul taste. The quality of the creatine is good, it’s a good price. The only issue the the capsule size is quite large, so could be hard to swallow for some people. That’s why 4 stars instead of 5

No bad for the price
Came selead i havent noticed any changes, but i can feel irritation on my stomach. Be sure to eat well before taking it.. might burn. I will update this if i noticed any improvement. So far 2 weeks taking the pills
