They doing them job 100% before using I hear in wall the rats walking but at the moment I dont hear nothing at all

They do not work at all at deterring rats. Caught a rat walk literally right by this on camera at night. We plugged one of these into an outlet in the kitchen footage shows a rat is on worktop right next to it climbing on our kitchen appliances completely unfazed. We had it on setting two as advised on the box for a kitchen. Safe to say it does nothing and was a complete waste of money! Don't bother if you are looking for a solution for rats.

Edited: the company contacted me about the repellers that stopped working and quickly sent replacements. Amazing customer service, and I'm happy to have the product in my home again.These seemed to be very effective while they worked and I was reassured to have them always on the background level. But after less than a year they no longer work. One stopped working after six months or less; the other one after about 10 months. A shame as it’s not practical to have to buy new ones every few months.

Although it is a bit early to decide, I can say it is effective. After I installed it, I don't hear any sounds under my bad :))

We live in a bungalow in the countryside which is prone to loft mice. I've spent years using tradition clean kill traps but access to the loft space is difficult and I'm not getting any younger. I have used electronic pest repellers before in a previous house very successfully so decide to try it again.I've installed 2 units ie plugged them in. Couldn't be easier. I like the fact they have flashing indicator lights so I can easily see what level they are set to and they are still working. My previous types required me to press a button on each unit. So viewing from a distance is much easier considering loft access.I've set each unit to the highest setting and cannot hear them, which is good.So far I'm very pleased with them. Easy to set up, level adjustable and clearly active flashing indicator. Would recommend.

Pest repeller has a two pin plug. Every photo shows a UK three pin plug. Had to use it with a shaving plug. Not impressed. Would have returned but husband trashed the box.

I have a few of these ultrasonic plugs from different brands but this is the only one that has different intensity levels to choose and also the only one with an audible tone on the highest level. I feel its a stronger unit and a bit more industrial. They are a little more expensive but worth it if they work. In theory you should never have to replace it. It's very cheap to run.

Plugged it into a socket near the floor as advised, later saw a mouse run past it and didnt seem bothered by it. Been over a week and there's no change in mouse activity.

I don't usually want to rate a product so highly but in this case I've found this pest repeller to be extremely effective. A few months back I'd gone on vacation and came back to find some mice had quite the party in my basement while I was away, and immediately I searched for something that wouldn't have me have to clean up dead mice. Installed these devices and setup was super simple (though the instructions were kinda small and hard to read) and I also set out some baited glue traps to see what would be more effective. Went away again on a 4-day vaca recently and wasn't looking forward to picking up the mice I just knew would be stuck to the glue traps. To my surprise, there were no mice at all on the traps! I've had the devices running for a little over a month now and have been consistently rodent free! The only con I would list is that the devices are audible to my ear, so I do need some other background noise going to drown them out when I'm in the basement. They aren't super loud and don't annoy my dogs at all, but I can still hear them. That said that's a small inconvenience in my book to be pest free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a no hassle pest solution.
