When I moved to Las Vegas I started buying water because the water here is so bad. After a while I felt guilty about all the plastic I was buying and the money I wad wasting. Buying this RO filter was a game changer. No more lugging gallons of water per week and it paid for itself in about 2-3 months. Talk about value. More importantly, the water taste good! Pretty easy install if you are a bit handy.

You will need to be mechanically inclined to install this device. It does work as described and instructions are easy to follow. It takes about an hour to install as long as you have all tools handy

Arrived broken. Just unboxed outside return window when I went to install. Feels like I just threw away money. Likely shipping damage. The unit looked fine until looking closer during installation.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a replacement. Upon unboxing, it became clear the first one was an open box item, as the tape from the manufacturer was missing on the front cover (on the original). The new unit was flawless. Installed and tested! Everything works as designed and I get 2ppm TDS. From the tap I get around 100ppm TDS.I can now free up space in the refrigerator by not having a giant pitcher of water.

The media could not be loaded. Have a whole house filtration and softener system however I needed extremely low TDS for plant watering. This product was easy to install. Took about 45 minutes. Faucet is a little fragile feeling for my taste but operates as it should. Bobby Boucher would be ecstatic with the quality of the water from this Reverse Osmosis machine!!!

5/5!!!Small and compact under the sink. Makes little noise when running and self cleaning. Have not needed to change out filters yet!

The product is well made and delivers clean great tasting water. I ran the system for 20 minutes before drinking any water, but I still noticed small particles in water. I ran another 5 minutes, no particles.My install was simple because i already had an under sink filter. I disconnected the filter and installed the hoses in the designated ports. The unit appears to be very sturdy and is very quite. After being installed for one week there are no signs of leaking. A few days after installation, I experience an unpleasant taste in the water. I ran a full gallon, the taste disappeared. Don't allow water to sit in the tank to long, say for weekend. If you do, prior to drinking any water runat least 32 oz.Caution note; Most under sink electrical outlets are there for you garbage disposal which is controlled by a switch. Make sure one socket has constant power. If not, you will have to modify it or hire an electrician.

Water quality is outstanding! We replaced our countertop filter with this and love the convenience and water quality.
