Truly recommend this particular I have had chronic nose block and lack of sense of smell for years. So nice to smell thing in the morning rather than later in the day. I can enjoy food a lot better too

I got this because my nose is always stuffy, but this didn’t help it.I like that it is vegan and ethical though

Purchased for relief from sinusitis. I used this as directed for 3 days, then my nose started bleeding. I stopped using it and had a painful nose for 2 weeks, I didn't use any other products in that period hoping it would clear up. I visited my GP after that and was told the lining of my nose was ulcerated. I can't say definitively that it was this spray that damaged my nose but I would suggest use with caution.

This didn’t work for us, after spraying, my nose felt like it was on fire. There was a burning sensation for some time, then nothing apart from a continued blocked nose.

This is the only spray that helps to clear my clogged Eustachian tubes and middle ears due to allergies.
