I'm not sure why this smells so bad but I almost puked after opening it. This was one of my daughter's birthday gifts and i cant even give it to her now. Her aunt has an identical one which seems of higher quality, this one just Feels very cheaply made. Will be returning. Wish I didn't have to waste my time and energy, it belongs in the trash.

My 6th grader isn't permitted to carry a bookbag to class. She hates going to her locker between classes. This bag is perfect for her laptop and notebook. She loves it!

Overall, the bag is great for carrying tablets and has lots of room inside, however, the keychain began to fall apart at the seams shortly after receiving the bag. The bag itself looks exactly like the photos describe both in color and size so I'm very pleased with the bag especially due to the fact the fabric is good quality overall and the strap is very sturdy all things considered. I do, however, wish the pocket inside the bag was slightly larger with a zipper, or for there to be more pockets. I recommend this bag to anyone who is looking for a cute but useful tote bag that's affordable.

Edit March 10 - the seller immediately contacted me after this review and refunded and sent out a new bag. My daughter has had the new bag at school for over a week now and has had no issues with it. She is so happy to have it as she’s wanted this bag for a while now! The customer service alone justified an edit of the review! My daughter was so excited to have this. She begged me for weeks. I finally got it for her and she took it to school the next day. Where it broke. The strap came off completely. She was so disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this if you want something that will last.

honestly, this bag holes up for a little while and then completely comes apart. i’ve had to sew it back together, glue the zipper back together, and re attach zippers. there’s really no support inside the bag, and it’s lacking lining entirely. there are better bags that look just like this on here, i’d go with one of those. :)
