It is so fun , i like the reflex ballNice to have two separate balls. Give it some patience and you’ll move onto to it quickly. After a week I was able to hit the “veteran” red ball. The headband is comfortable and adjustable, the design of the perspiration groove and ventilation is great! It's better than the similar products' elastics.

question about headband
question: it stated i would receive 2 headbands, i only received one. It also stated there would be instructions, and there were none. The red ball has a clip on the end of the string which there is nothing to clip it too on the one headband i received. Maybe it is to be clipped to the headband that i did NOT receive? Just not sure how to clip the red ball on to the “one” headband.

Good for eye-hand coordination
This training looks silly, but it is so fun! I bought this for my friend's kid as a gift. He said his kid loves it, he played with it the whole day when he received the package. He loves this boxing ball, because he is in vision therapy and It really improved his eye tracking ability

It helps develop my reacting speed and coordination!
Really useful stuff. you need to be super fast when hitting the ball to prevent it hit your face. So it helps develop the reaction and coordination of my hands and eyes. You can even move your body to dodge the ball.The rope is elastic and you can adjust the length of it. As a starter I made it short since I really could not control my strength. Hopefully I can manage it soon.Satisfied with the product. Need to improve myself quickly!

One of my favorite pieces of workout equipment! I spend hours each week working with this! I love it! Be careful though, the red ball can get you good if you hit it hard and your reflexes are too slow to dodge it, lol!

Like it!!!
I like boxing but bought this more as a trainer for staying sharp with hand and eye coordination, and to be more active as I am older now. It takes some getting used to. The quality and what you get is worth the price I paid.

I am a fighter and the reflex ball I bought from title for 50 worked better, the string for this product was too long n it kept dragging the headband off my head no matter how tight, trash do not buy this , go to title, ringside etc etc trust me
