Be patient
This does not have a very good taste. It's kinda like medicine.It took about 7 weeks before I began to feel any difference. I spent 7 weeks dragging myself around doing chores until one day I realized this morning I kinda feel good not completely good but better than I had in awhile. But I have not really seen any reduction in the size of my feet and legs. I've decided to stay the course and take it for 6 months.The other problem I have with it is that my skin has dried up. I had been taking some medicine from Christane Northrup which had been hydrating my skin from within and the effects were like a miracle. Well when I started taking the lymph go, I stopped taking it. I thought that they would be perhaps fighting each other. So now I have dry skin again. I'm still going to give the lymph go the full 6 months and see what happens.The lymph go makes me feel physically much better than I did overall.

Dizzy and dehydrated
Amazon said this item was returnable, now it’s saying it is not. This product did not agree with me at all! I only took half a scoop, I couldn’t sleep for 2 days and I have become terribly dehydrated. I drink electrolytes throughly it the day and I woke up very dizzy today!

I love this drink!!! It taste like a smoky, smooth, vanilla pineapple light, taste!! Very nice!! So happy! Drinking it to help move my lymph system!

Not doing it for me.
Received about 6 days ago, and not feeling to great about it. I've tried mixing with different liquids like water, oat milk, and even orange juice but the powder just does not mix well. Of course, it also mentions not to mix with hot liquids so didn't attempt. It wasn't until I added the powder and water into the magic bullet that it would even mix properly. The taste, I would say is like drinking a sugarless flat Hawaiian Punch. Of course I didn't buy it for the taste but I'm still waiting to feel a difference. Will update the review if any changes but so far, not worth it. (Personal opinion, of course.)

Helps lymph drainage.
The taste is not pleasant by itself but improves 100 percent if added to pineapple juice. I think it is helping.
