Had the barrel been smaller it would have worked for my friend’s hair. Barrel can not be larger then short hair length. You must be able to get hair to hold around brush. If ends are not in brush the ends come out frizzy with curly hair. Gave it 5 stars because product should work well with hair abit longer.

I put a before and after photo. I had never used a thermal brush before but I have now tried several. This one is wonderful. I have shoulder length, straight fine hair that lays flat. This thermal brush let's me achieve "Hollywood style hair." My hair has smooth, shiny, bouncy waves after using this, so elegant, thick and beautiful. I never knew my hair could look like this. I get lots of positive comments. I can use this thermal brush on damp or dry hair with the same results. It heats up quickly and has 5 temperature settings. I have never used a temperature higher then 335F, that offers enough heat for my hair. There are 3 sizes of brushes which can be changed out easily. They supply heat resistant gloves to wear to facilitate with this. Remember the brushes are hot! There are also clips to use if you want to section out your hair. The thermal brush is easy to use, has a long swivel cord and is ergonomic. The bristles are soft on your scalp and are easy to clean with the included rake like tool. Great hair tool offering great results!

I recently cut my hair to just above shoulder length with some light layering. I have fine straight hair that benefits from blow drying with a round brush to give the ends nice shape and definition. However, I severely struggle with actually doing the blow-drying with a round brush. I am right handed so I can do the left side of my head really well but always struggle with the right!This product has totally made it easy for me to now easily add shape and style to me new haircut! I blow dry my hair about 75% of the way with my head flipped upside down then I use the larger barrel size on the second lowest heat setting to beautifully shape my hair.The wand heats up super quickly, moves easily through my hair, and the results are beautiful. I prefer the largest barrel size for curling the ends of my hair but like that it has other sizes if I want to try something else. The barrel was super simple and quick to change. A heat protecting glove was included but I did not feel the need to use it and after many uses I have not had any burns or anything close to it.This was the styling product I didn't know I needed so I can finally ditch the blow dry brush!! Definitely recommend.

Heats up quickly, great curl. However, button placement is poorly placed / bd design. It is very easy to press while using because is right where you grip the handle, and causes it to adjust heat settings or turn off. Very inconvenient.
