This is an excellent product. I wore it for a damaged/ inflamed Achilles tendon injury. It comes with gel heel inserts - used with the brace (one gel insert in each shoe) there was significant relief and support. Within two days of using it I was able to resume short (quarter to half mile walks)

I am using it for an inflamed Achilles tendon. The pads support and massage my tendon while I am active, such as exercising or shopping. It fits tight and is difficult to get on and off, although my physical therapist says it is supposed to be this way. I wear it underneath my sock with no problems.

This is well made supportive ankle brace / with the difference of having a built in gel lined to help put pressure to your Achilles tendon or the sides of them to help elevate pain. If you wear this 8-10 hours a day you’ll feel the imprint from the gel pad. At times it feels itchy and depending on how severe your Achilles is, you’ll still feel the shooting pain. I’ve worn this a month plus straight everyday. I guess any supportive compression with ice and rest will help heal. I’ve been active with the support on and it helps some what. A bad Achilles tendon gets better with rest and then PT to strengthen the area. This product is supportive, the price is high, the quality is good. I’ve washed it in cold water and air dry’d and it holds up well. You get what you pay for. My review may defer for someone else - I’m mid 40 under 180lbs and do high impact skateboarding. Achilles Tendon injury not the funnest thing to have - it’s slow healing and a nagging painful injury.

Great ankle brace for strained Achilles. Easy on and off, provides great support for my sore Achilles. I was stuck in a walking boot for months until physical therapy made enough progress to transition to a brace. I tried three other braces, this one is hands down the best! It’s easy to wear, comfortable and provides enough compression and support to have confidence in getting back to exercising.

THE SUPPORT WAS NOT AS STRONG AS OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS AT LOWER PRICE.. ALSO THE SUPPORT WAS NOT IN A PLASTIC BAG ?!!! UNUSUAL FOR A MEDICAL EQUIPMENT !!! All the best, Dan Baltatu

I have been dealing with Achilles pain for quite a while. My surgeon recommended this and I am thankful. This brace works well supporting my Achilles and also offers some compression benefits. Don't get discouraged if it's hard to put on the first time, it will stretch. I am a size 12 shoe and the support size III for this brace fits great. Good luck !!

I tore my Achilles tendon a year ago and it hasn't been the same. Still in pain after PT and wearing the boot. I browsed upon this product and the reviews were so good I thought I would give it a try. No pain when I'm wearing this thing. Fits into any shoe. Love, Love , Love it!
