My wife got irritated at me because I used her serrated knife a few times but didn't clean it immediately and it was not clean when she wanted to use it. So I bought this one at a great price and it does exactly what I wanted it to do - easily slice up onions, peppers, and bread. It does OK with cheese but not great. Cleans up easily.

Your basic no fuss bread knife. It had been a few months and no issues - strong, sturdy and does the job properly - great price - great product.

I like this bread knife. It functions as it should and cuts bread very nicely. I gave it a four star because it does not come with a sleeve which is too bad. Other than that it is a fine bread knife.

You will need to be careful with this break knife.....the first time I used it I actually sliced a finger open.The knife is quite sturdy, washes easily and feels good to hold. I'm hoping it lasts a good long time, but even if it doesn't, it was so inexpensive it would be easy enough to buy another. I highly recommend this knife.

I liked the reviews for this knife and I liked the price. I was reluctant to buy it and not be happy so, I also ordered a "bigger and better" knife too.So far, I have effortlessly cut three crusty bread loaves and a finger with this knife... Yes: It is that sharp!It works so well cutting a standard sized loaf I have yet to try the other more expensive blade.Zero regrets purchasing this knife... Would make perfect stocking stuffers or useful gifts to give away, too.
