The ease of the tablets make this my favorite. It has helped just as well as the higher cost brand making it a great value. I mainly use this for overall well being and an unexpected benefit is headache relief! I just wish the strain number was listed to know which L.plantarum this is.

And they got be to me within a day and said the strain is LP90. I had a feeling this was not 229v strain since that is much more expensive.Anyway, from a quick google search, the both are the same probiotic and the only reason why 299v is at a high premium and recommended and not this strain is because the scientific community decided to focus on just the 299v strain. So that gets all the headlines I guess. This may be the same or better...who knows?I had already ordered this, so I take one of these in the morning, and I take the 299v (which cost 10 times more) at night. I hope this helps someone.

Was in a glass bottle I liked that and the pill size very tiny which was nice. But my body didn’t like it.

I ordered this to start taking to try and make myself stay healthier. However after taking this for about a week I was having the opposite reaction to it than what you expect. It did not help with the wellness and it actually had a bad effect on the ability to go to the bathroom. Once I stopped taking this it took several days for my body to get back to a regular routine like it was before I started taking it. Maybe this was too strong for my body. I was only taking 1 a day. You may be different than me, but I won't order this again.
