Commercial Soda Can Sealer - 2.4-6.7 inch Height Adjustable, Automatic Can Sealer for Aluminum and Plastic Cans - White

This item was purchased after another company sent me a different machine that had been kicked around, severely dented, and broken. I was skeptical about ordering another machine because they’re so heavy and I was afraid that I would open the box and find a similar issue. That was not the case! This company took such great care with packaging the machine. It comes with so many interchangeable plates to get the desired height and size of the can right and it also came with a small instruction manual. The machine is pretty straightforward with start/stop buttons. I sealed my first can which only contained water and it was a solid seal with absolutely no leaks. I’m looking forward to all of the amazing things that I will get to make. I will say it is rather heavy and larger than you might think so plan or extra counter space. It is a bit noisy however, the seal only takes about five seconds per can.

It works right out of the box with the Hammont Clear cans- I wish that it came with the plate for the standard Aluminum 16 oz. Since the clear can version is an 1.2 cm taller, please comment if you have found a work around - the base does not seem like it’s adjustable

Second one is a charm. Setup quickly, no adjustments and started can seaming. Knocked out 24 x 500ml cans in less than an hour. Will need to work on workstation flow a bit. Used KL05449 cans. I like the operation of this machine as the can does not spin, only the seaming head spins. A lot less messy than some other designs.

Isn’t compatible with a lot of bottle types. Finding the right size bottle to fit the plate is key for sealing and less mess. I would suggest measuring your bottles to the plate first before starting production.

Used the can sealer for the first time today. Very simple process: literally just 2 buttons on the device. However, some cans came out perfectly, but others are "squished", and the lid on some is lopsided. Any idea how to fix that? Nothing in the instructions.

Canning mechanism works well. However, the machine requires you to examine the can from all angles to make sure it is straight, before it seals without bending the can. It would be helpful to have back rails for automatic proper placement simply by setting the can in the machine.
