I own about 15 fidget toys, most of which are worn from heavy use. At first, I hesitated to justify the price of this one, but considering how much I’ve spent replacing cheaper toys, trying a premium option made sense. It comes in a nice black case with spare parts (bearings, screws, and a spring) and two screwdrivers. Unfortunately these parts are useless as the tools don’t actually fit the screws used, and the spring is different to the spring actually used in the toy. The pull-back mechanism was a bit stiff at first (it has a safety latch on the left by the way), so I opened it up to inspect how the mechanisms worked and apply silicone grease. The toy appears to be entirely metal, aside from a small cosmetic plastic piece inside one of the mechanisms. The mechanisms all use magnetic resistance rather than friction, so there are no wear surfaces that should degrade over time. The only traditional wear part is the spring in the pull-back mechanism. After lubricating the magnets and tracks, the action felt much smoother. Overtightening the screws on the sides of the toy will cause the pull back mechanism to be stiff. It's best to leave them loose by half a turn or so. If yours is stiff, try this. The construction looks very solid overall. The only potential weak point I can see is the small pin that connects the top and bottom parts of the flip-up mechanism, but it doesn’t seem like it would be an issue under normal use. Overall, it’s a very well-made, thoughtfully designed fidget that should last a long time.

When it first arrived I’ll be honest I wasn’t too impressed, it’s got a great weight to it, and certainly well made but I just couldn’t warrant the £60 I’d just spent on it Hours later I got completely lost with the slider function and is growing on me more and more. It’s a fantastic distraction device but as well as the clicking relaxes me, it’s sure to annoy others around you. So certainly only suitable to be used when alone

Good quality Heavy fidget toy. I bought this for my teenage son, he’s had many fidget toys in the past that have all broke after a few weeks due to him constantly using them but this has lasted well over a year and it’s still going strong.

Decent dupe, higher quality than 3d printed versions. Still expensive for what it is, but its a niche market so its as expected. Mechanisms a little stiff at first but theyre alright now. It does everything as advertised, for those having trouble with the reload feature, theres a little switch on the left if you push it down it toggles it on/off. (It does feel like this part has potential to break with enough use, but is fine so far after a few days). The scroll wheel and the ball bearings in particular feel quite high quality for the price. Only real complaint is after taking it apart (with the included kit) the spring inside seemed very old and rusted, i believe being responsible for a slight scratchy noise. But it seems easily replaced if it bothers me too much. Overall im impressed, and would reccomend you buy if you are on the fence.

I love this fidget toy! and it's the real thing not a cheap knock off. It's pricey, but if you want a fidget toy that feels premium and does the job. Keeps me relaxed (when i'm anxious). Distracted (So I can sit still). Helps me focus ( When i need something to fidget with). Also it's so unique, it's a fidget toy that peaks people's attention. Negatives: - It's a little loud and noisy. So I only use it when i know white noise isn't an issue. E.g. I can't play with it in the cinema, but I can play with my fidget cube without anyone noticing i'm fidgeting. Work meetings, I wouldn't fidget with it as you will here the clicking. Brain storm sessions, happily fidget with it, you'll hear the clicking but it's not annoying. - the black coating does wear off over time. I don't mind it, still looks cool with the silver showing. - It's heavy (but easy to paly with)! Which is not a bad thing, but going from a fidget cub to this you will notice a big difference. But once you're used to it, it feels great in the hand.
