Absolutely perfect, bought for me by my husband to try and help me get some strength back in my arms and shoulders. Have been using these now for a week with just some very easy toning exercises (they weren’t easy at all to begin with) and stretching and for the first time now in about 15years I can actually put my arms up over my head and take tops and jumpers off without having to ask for help. I started out using sauce bottles which was better than nothing, but these weights are easy to grip and manoeuvre and just heavy enough at 1kg to work my muscles but without being to much that I end up injuring myself. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who just need to build up some muscle strength or tone up. They came very quickly and not as expensive as a lot on the market. 💪

I bought the dumbbells for my left shoulder replacement as part of my physio exercises, they are just the right weight for me, like the colour. Worth the 5 stars.
