Great alternative to more expensive brands
I go through a lot of kinesiology tape as I have to have my elbow taped every time I work out. For this reason I do not want to spend a fortune on tape, but I do find this tape as good as some of the more expensive tapes I have tried. It stays on comfortably and in place for over 48 hours, during which period I normally fit in 2-3 yoga sessions, or 1-2 yoga or pilates sessions and one boxing session. I don't normally leave the tape on for longer than the 48 hours even though it probably would hold for a bit longer, because I want to let the skin breathe a bit as well, even if it is just for 24 hours until the next work out. Easy to take off as well, plasters are more painful to rip off than this tape!

Great tape I have ordered this product three time
Great tape I have ordered this product three time. I have recently realises that the additives substance use to stick the tape to my skin can cause a chemical reaction that makes my skin blister. My GP discribed it a a chemical burn. Needless to say I will have to stop using this product. But before this happened I found this produce to be very useful. I had to tape my wrist, my knees and my ankles all were supported well. But following my reaction I will need to find an alternative.

Runner's good partner
Since I once injured my knee, so I always use muscle support tape while running. This tape is very good, it can give me some support and doesn't make me feel so constrained.
