The good: delivered in half the expected time, and they are staying in ok.The bad: sighs...Alright, I should have expected this. The hair looks nice when it arrives, because it is coated in some kind of silicone. But this is shed hair, which is collected from Indian beauty salons. This means that the hair did not come from one head. So like half the hair is upside down. Some of the cuticles go down, and some go up. Once the silicone coating wears off (after one or two washes), the true texture comes out. On top of the strands all having a different texture, this makes for a very easily matted hairdo. You can only comb with a ton of conditioner in. The hairs are in poor condition as well. The are almost all split, and since the hairs are all different lengths, you have to trim them individually. I cowash before shampooing my roots, and then condition again. You still can't make this look nice. You have to treat it with heat to make it either straight, wavy, curly, or something else besides a blob. If you run a straighter down the upside-down hair, you are going to incredibly damage it, making it even rougher. I don't know what other options I have besides soaking it a heat-protectant and curling it, which would result in crunchy curls that aren't very smooth. I'm trying this tomorrow though. If that doesn't produce good results, I'm taking them out. I'd rather have short hair than sleep on painful metal beads with bad, long hair.

Okay so I was terrified to buy this with out any sort of rating or review, but the hair is great, it is real, it's so soft and silky. It came super early. Before the expected delivery date by a few weeks early. Amazing
