Made from quality material, these cases are great for organising my DVD collection, I have 4 of these cases and it has opened up alot of extra storage space with my getting rid of hundreds of cases

The product itself is great, keeps CDs/DVDs in one place, the manufacture of the insides are flawless (unlike cheaper brands which often need you to "finish" off the plastic creation), and the backing is such that the CD/DVDs are not damaged when repeatedly put into and pulled out of the casing. It also zips up with no hassle, features which are often missed, but much appreciated when you've tried multiple brands.Interestingly, this item beats Hama Cd-rom Case "basic" 120, Black with the external texture and feeling, yet is much cheaper. Does that mean this item is priced like a bargain, or that one over-priced? Hard to say, but this item is well worth the money paid, and certainly does the job quite splendidly.

This is a nice enough CD/DVD wallet that can store a lot of dics (120), in fairly compact space. To get a size reference place 2 CDs side by side then imagine another 2cm from the top of each CD to where the zip is on the long side of the wallet. The width of the wallet is just greater than the width of two CDs.The case itself is made from a black nylon material quite similar to what some cheaper rucksack type bags are made from, to me it looks ilke it will last for quite some time.The zip is also of a fairly high quality and its worked perfectly for me so far with no snagging.The internals of the wallet include 30 partitions that can each take 4 CDs, 2 on each side. The CD storage sleeve seems to be the standard type used in CD wallets, as I have another wallet from a different manuacturer that looks very similar. If you haven't owned something like this before each sleeve is a plastic cover that has a central strip cut out to allow your finger into the hole at the centre of the disc. This allows you to extract the disc without difficulty. The data side of the disc is placed against what appears to be a very soft dimpled plastic. I think the dimples are to prevent dics slipping out when handling the case, and this seems to work well as I tipped the case up to see if the discs would fall but they remained firmly in place. The material does seem to be soft enough that there will be no scuffing of the disc, and I haven't found any evidence of scuffing or marking of my discs.There is sturdy carry handle again made from the material used on rucksacks so no complaints there.The only slight issue I have with this case is that each external surface of the wallet isn't quite as thick as I hoped. Don't get me wrong it's not paper thin and there is some reasonable protection but if you do a lot of transporting of your discs make sure that when you pack the wallet it doesn't have any sharp edges against it.Overall I'd recommended this wallet, if you buy a lot of CDs and DVDs on spindles then this wallet is a fantastic way to store and organise your discs, and from that perspective treat this as a 5 star review. If you do a lot of travelling with your discs, like me, take the precautions I mentioned earlier to avoid damage and treat this as a 4 star review.ProsExcellent storage capacitySize is compact and very good considering capacityMaterials used are generally excellentConsI'd have liked to have seen a little more padding on the externals side of the wallet even if I had to pay a little more.

Protects my dvds , need I say more.

This product has allowed me to remove bookcases of dvds by buying several of these organisational products.This is amazing if you are looking to save room, looking to travel with your collection or if you are moving.These are functional and easy to open when you need a cd or dvd. I have recommended this to friends and family as the quality is great and it is sturdy.

Great quality for a great price

I toyed with the idea of simply selling or charity shopping my cd collection, as I do have a subscription music service, and all my CDs are all on my PC hard drive. But as some of my music (musical theatre stuff) is not available through Spotify, I thought I'd hold onto my CDs just in case. But I was still keen to reduce the amount of space they take up. So when I found these cases, I thought I give them a go, and get rid of the CD jewel cases.As usual with Amazon, the cases arrived quickly, and I began transferring my CDs into them. I have put the cds along with some back selves from cd cases in my new 120 CD Hama cases (but not the album artwork booklets, as this would have made the case impossible to close).The hama cases feel like good quality study cases. I love the handle, as I store these in the top of the wardrobe and the handle makes them easier to retrieve.My only complaint is that I found that these were extremely difficult to close when filled to capacity, so I decided to remove 20 CDs and that seems to be the perfect number for this case to close easily without the zip jamming (photo 1 with 120 CDs in the case, photo 2 holding only 100 CDs). Although I feel they are not made to take the advertised 120 CDs, I am otherwise so impressed with the Hama cases that I have ordered a third one. Putting your music collection in these takes up so much less room, and still allows you to hold onto your CDs in case you ever want them.

What is not to like? For the price this is very good, it stores disks and is sturdy with lots of space. I plan on buying it again.
