No Audio on Laptop, Amazon or seller not sending invoice after reapedetedly asking.
I ordered this laptop for 2300 dhm, and got my order, there was no system Audio.. I asked HP to replace and they were OK to do so, once I provide invoice from Amazon. But even after repeatedly asking Amazon and Seller for invoice they are not providing fr my invoice to replace faulty product . Wish I could give 0 star review

Good laptop
I bought it this pc to play sims 4. It works perfectly. I was scared because there were some negative reviews but I took the risk and I didn’t regret until now after one week of using this laptop. The graphics are so nice and runs the game smoothly with mods and cc.

Laptop Freezes with no load on ram or processor.
The PC was new but the specs have some issue. I didn't even moved my stuff from old laptop to this new it keeps freezing. Even freezes when u open Word app or excel. Many time freezes while opening task manager. The laptop usage chart has no load Ram is 70% free as it's 32 GB and CPU usage never crossed 50% but still for whatever reason it freezes and even Cntrl + atl + delete doesn't work at this time. I called the seller he said it's under warranty and will be fixed but I'm worried why a brand new laptop with no load freezes on such putty apps which my 2008 dell laptop doesn't freezes
