Smart and secure door upgrades.
I purchased a couple of these to test before committing to outfitting my entire house. They proved excellent value and looked very smart. Installation was straightforward, depending on your doors and frames. Drawing on my experience in wood chiseling and fine woodworking, each door took around 30-45 minutes to chisel out the necessary mortises and ensure the lock plate and strike plate fit snugly. Afterward, I fitted them to all the interior doors, and they perform perfectly. They can easily be reversed for right-hand or left-hand doors. Considering the cost, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with these.

Strike plate useless
The mortice lock itself seems pretty good, however the strike plate provided is of no use whatsoever, the holes are far too large, unless you want the door to rattle back and forth 10mm you would have to set it back so far in the frame that the metal tab that the latch strikes would be nowhere near the leading edge of the door frame.

Good twin pack of locks
This double set of locks is currently selling on Amazon for just under twenty pounds,so roughly £10 per lock.The locks are made from stainless steel,so are quite strong and durable and more tamper proof.Each lock come supplied with the side plate and screws.Easy enough to install,my rating is 5 stars.
