rarely fails to recognize finger print
installation is pretty straightforward. deadbolt and doorknob works well with the appfinger print sensor is above average. not perfect but it does reads fingerprints 9/10. It does fail more for kids maybe due to smaller thumb

Looks good, quality seems good, but tech is disappointing!
The the app seems to recognize fingerprints when adding to users but when the locks are installed and it actually comes to using biometrics to gain access to my house it only seems to recognize fingerprints 10% of the time. All scanned prints were entered in different configurations to give the app a good reference of the fingerprints but still poor recognition! Also the Bluetooth quality is poor it drops constantly so I can't even use the app to unlock the doors unless I'm right near the door, an by then what's the point I can manually unlock it. I purchased two fingerprint deadbolts, two fingerprint doorknobs, one approach lock with Bluetooth and a Gateway to allow the use of Alexa. I got the same results on each device, I could not get the Gateway to work with Alexa and tech support is non-existent! No responses to requests for help and printed instructions are poor at best with many spelling errors.Don't waste your time, the items are less expensive for a reason and it's not because they are quality products! This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I returned them all!!!

Brilliant!!
I have a sibling that is special needs. We have to keep our bedrooms locked because she goes in our rooms takes valuables and then losses them. She is like a 5 year old child. Having locks on every door is cumbersome because we have to make sure we always have our keys and duplicates somewhere in case we lock ourselves out. This lock solved that problem. Installing is easy, just watch the YouTube tutorial. Additionally this lock is so much nicer than old school locks, bigger so it feels nice in your hands. The set provides an old school key in the event the batteries die, that's nice. The app is easy to install and navigate and you can program up to 20 finger prints so everyone has access. I also love that the app tells you who has entered a room with the date and time. The app also tells you when someone tried to enter but was not authorized to do so. You can also allow somebody entry via the app remotely. Sometimes, if my hands are damp, it takes a few tries for the device to let me in because it can't read my finger print. Other than that, 100% worth it. No more keys to worry about.,
