I love the value and is self timing, then turns itself off. Great size and comfortable to handle.I find this product easy to use, and it does what it says. I've have used it, and it works well pain relief device!I highly recommend.

I got this Cold Laser Therapy Device for my wife who quite often complained about muscle and joints pain.I don't have any of these aches so I handed this device over to her to be my test subject (please, don't say a word to her about it😊). After a couple weeks the jury (test subject) was in. The verdict - it provided some soothing help but not nearly enough to bring joy to her. Hence the rating (indeterminate).

What I love most about this device is that it not only inludes the red light therapy but also the cold laser therapy! It's been great for helping with my joint pain. Most of the red light devices that I have are a lot bigger which makes it really difficult to use them on the go. This one is not only small enough to travel with, but it even includes a holder so that you can strap it on and hold it in place hands free. I noticed there was a prior review that had concerns with holding it in one place for too long, while you shouldn't continuously redo the treatment in the same spot over and over, holding the device in one place for the length of the treatment season shouldn't be an issue at all. Likewise, the cold laser therapy is required to have skin contact in order to really get something out of it. You just shouldn't continue to do more than one treatment on the same area back to back. Another great thing about this device is that it comes with protective eyeware to use while running it. It is highly recommended to wear protective glasses when using red light therapy so it's great that this device includes them in the package. Several of my other devices required those be purchased seperately. The device also lets you choose between using just the red light therapy, just the cold laser therapy, or both at the same time, depending on your needs. It also has 3 power levels to choose from and will give you recommended treatment times based on the power level. You can choose time limits between 5 and 20 minutes and the device automatically shuts off after the treatment time has elapsed.

Had to return this item. It wouldn't turn on unless the button was pushed at least 10 times. Tried this several times. It should turn on immediately after pushing the button just once.

I was most interested in this device because the listing pictures show that it comes with a hands free holder, so you can use it without having to hold it against the treatment area. Then I read the instruction booklet, and it says not to hold it in the same place for too long. So which is true?Most red light/ laser devices say not to hold them directly against the skin. I regularly do this and it's not a problem. Plus, this one includes TENS, which needs skin contact. I tried it and didn't notice that it was too uncomfortable when I was holding it in place, but I noticed it felt hot when I moved it. I didn't notice any skin damage, but it seems worrisome that the device both comes with a holder to keep it in one place and tells you not to do that.

Has helped with pain and it’s easy to function. It heat up quickly so it’s a good value.
