I love this stepper it's light it's easy to move around and it's durable and does the job! There's no assembly there is no noise and the compression is amazing.

There is more resistance, so you feel the burn within 20 minutes. The only complaint is that it squeaks after about 10 minutes and the hydrolics get pretty warm to the touch. Best amazon purchase to date as I actually use the stepper daily. I needed something easy and simple to get me motivated and this has been working great for me. Its small enough to keep in my room and I love that its not electrical. The one thing that could be improved is how it gets hot after 15 minutes of use, but for now I have a small fan running beside it so I can work out longer.
