This has been a game changer for me. I’m able to manage my daily stress with much more ease. My labs showed no cortisol in the morning before taking this. Now I have normal morning levels and I’m able to keep them low throughout the day.

The jar was very easy to open and get what is needed. The plus it does have a moisture absorber in it to help the capsule stay dry. I find them easy to swallow and having no after taste. While taking them I have noticed less bloating and I do sleep better. I also take them at night because they made me sleepy. Please note, that is not a listed side effect and could 100% be how my body responds to it. I wake up feeling like a great night's rest. I can't say if it helped with any weight loss but stress reduction yes. Bloating yes! (I had my tubes tied years ago and found myself bloated more this really helped with that)

Solid relaxing OTC supplement. I notice I can't take consecutively because either allergic reaction or too much of a thing but my max is about 1 pill for three nights in a row and then I have to cease for a couple of days. I admit I am in the midst of diet challenge so maybe a high protein diet interferes with it(?). This will last me a while but for the most part it does relieve some anxiety and helps me sleep. I don't feel groggy and am able to stay focus though that was not an issue for me.

I understand that herbal supplements take time to kick in. Having used herbs for many years; I did not notice a difference. The prices are a bargain. For the record, I do not eat fast food unless Halal. I maintain a pretty healthy as possible diet, no meat and no farmed-raised anything. You can't eat wrong and expect herbal products to work; you are working against yourself.

I've always had a huge cortisone belly- like embarrassing I've been congratulated on my 'pregnancy' too many times to count. This has really reduced my belly. Looks like 4mo instead of 6 now.

Been taking it for a week. Less hot flashes, less bloating, Better sleep. Although perhaps need to be taking it longer to see proper results for now it seems to be working
