Very Disappointing – Broken Ignitor Pin & Poor Service
I ordered this stove with high expectations, but it was delivered with a broken ignitor pin. This is a very bad experience as such an important part was already damaged. To make things worse, when I called the technician, he said it will take another 4 days just to investigate the issue. Waiting again after receiving a damaged product is extremely frustrating. The packing and quality check clearly need improvement, and the after-sales support was also disappointing. Overall, not a good experience at all.

4th burner is not working and we called local glen service center person, he came and checked and he said that the wire has to be changed.

Install okay but automatic system not working Glen service technicians not coming Amazon, technician not provide,, I am seriously not happy this product purchase

While unboxing time found 2ignitor electrode is broken
While product unboxing time found 2 ignition electrode is broken, other wise everything satisfied, I have unboxing video also, if glen will arrange ignition electrode spare parts I will replace the ignition electrode,

Don't buy this pathetic product
Please don't buy this product. Third day of use,it caught fire. One of the burner's supply pipe was leaking gas and caught, I couldn't turn it off coz the knobs were burning hot. ( knobs are always very very hot while use) The biggest mistake I did was, I trusted the brand.. To my biggest surprise this product has no warranty.. ... I send Glen multiple mails, even register a complain for service, but no response so far. I have to file a complain at consumer Court
