Small changes
Been taking just under two weeks so far my cycle hasn’t improved. I’ve broken out in the worst spots since I was a teenager. I’m bloating constantly. But the postive i suffer with facial hair that I have to remove every day or by day two I have full on stubble. But it’s been 3 days since my last hair removal and it’s only just coming in so I could make it to day 4. Mood swings are better I am more stable. They also taste amazing

These gummies have changes my life!
Honestly I have dealt with irregular periods pretty much all my life due to my PCOS and endo, but since starting on these in March (6 months ago) they have been regular, I have my energy and I sleep better. For me I had to start off with 1 a day with food for my body to handle taking (stop bad tummy side effects) but I am now up to 2 and feel so much better. I recommend these to everyone woman with PCOS.

Misleading
Contains only a tiny amount of iositol. It is recommended to take 2000 - 4000mg for PCOS and this has a tiny fraction of that. When I emailed them to query they admitted it's just for taking for general use not PCOS sufferers. Misleading advertisement.
