Perfect quality and size
I use it to wash edges of floors to spare my knees. I scoot around the whole house cleaning things around the floor. Works for me. Nice and sturdy.

Functional and actually very attractive (for a rolling chair)
Purchased this chair for home use and am very pleased. Assembly was a snap. I really like the cream color because it blends nicely into the background and doesn’t look like something I brought home from the office. Rolls well, comfortable seat.

It doesn't go to 21 inches at max height. Mine less tha 20inches.
It says max height is 21 inches. Mine is less ths 20 inches at full height. It is not as high as I needed.
