This has got to be one of the best boxsets out there to buy. If you love your action films this is a must have.In 2029, giant super-computers dominate the planet, hell-bent on exterminating the human race. And to destroy man's future by changing the past, they send an indestructable cyborg - a terminator - back in time to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). The women whose unborn son will become mankinds only hope. Sarah has to protect herself from this unstopable menace to save the life of her unborn child. She is not alone though, the resistance has sent a warrior from the future to protect her and her unborn son from termination. The original terminator film has a great effects for the time when the film was made, alot of explosions and car chases to keep you entertained.Terminator 2 Judgement day has to be one of the best sequels of all time. The film is set 10 years after Sarah Connors ordeal started, and her son John, the future leader of the resistance is now a young boy. However, the nightmare begins again when a new, more deadly terminator is sent back in time to kill John when he is a child. Sarah and John dont face the terminator alone, the resistance has sent back another warrior from the future, its orders to protect John at any cost. This film also has great special effects to keep you entertained. If you have a home cinema you can take advantage of the great sound in 5.1.These films are highly recommended.

Firstly these used DVD's were in excellent condition - thanks! It was great watching these fantastic Arnold Schwarzenegger blockbuster movies on DVD (the last time I watched these movies was on VHS!). Terminator 1 & 2 never gets old!

Recently ordered this box set from amazon,& it`s worth 2 or 3 timesthe price it`s on sale for.These two movies together are simply brilliant,a must have for action movie fans.The story is,a cyborg is sent back in time to kill the saviour of thehuman race,in the 1st it`s before he is born,by klling his mother,in the sequel,another newer/better borg is sent to do the killing, old 1, re-programmedby saviour,sent to protect him...etc.T1:In T1 Arnie was well selected as killer borg(& I still think he`s bettersuited to that role!),& deathly carried out his task with the coldness ofa "Machine",just watch the scene in the police station.........brilliant!but,he does not succeed.......hence the sequel.T2:T2 & the "T1000" or "Liquid Man" takes up the hunter killer role ruthlessly& brilliantly played by Robert Patrick.This movie does have better sfx,but it was made 7 years later in 91" so youwould expect it too.This is a rare thing,it`s a "Very Good Sequel" or 2nd movie,but for some(me included)it`s just short of T1.Sum-up:Both of these movies are well worth owning in their own right.As a box-set & at this price,even only on dvd,you`ve just got to buy it.Highly Recommended!

for a pre loved item this is just the job

Its Terminator 1 and 2 in the same box, which is a must in any dvd collection.Terminator 1 is almost a horror action movie with that awesome 80's vibe and grittiness.Terminator 2 is a straight up action movie with a ton of great one liners and memorable scenes and capture the 90's atmosphere perfectly. Only thing I would say about this amazing sequel is that the child actor of John Connor is a whinny little douche, otherwise perfect movie.

Follows on from T2 Judgment Day a great series and follow on. Full of action and a few twists. Glad I bought it and watched it. Grest additionto any Terminator fans collection,

Both these terminator films are good fun.Terminator 2 is better mostly, bigger budget etc.I've watched them 3 times each now and will watch them again one day.
