These glucose pectin gummies taste very good and have a fruity smell. Two gummies equal 20 calories. Sometimes when I don't eat for a long period of time and am on my feet for hours, I start to feel a bit strange. I ordered these gummies to use during those times. It's a nice little pick me up until I can find something to eat. These gummies certainly do the trick.
