Handlebar IASTM Instrument - Stainless Steel Fascia Release Tool - Gua Sha, Soft Tissue Mobilization

In the pic you can see at the end of each blade there's this countered area for muscle scraping (aka "little corners next to the handles").These are incredible - the only thing that's let me work my hamstrings up and down their entire length, the bar gives me the leverage and position to get at the hamstring, the little notch works into the hamstring like a smaller more precise tool would.Quads to - a cheaper tool that looked like this one worked decently at first but stopped having an impact because the big long blade couldn't work into an individual muscle. The smaller tools I couldn't get enough leverage to work it into the big cranky stuck quad muscles on my leg. The tool actually did it - the bar gives me the leverage, the notch is small enough to work into each individual muscle in the quad.This tool is fantastic.

This is a nice tool, worth paying extra for the extra thickness, weight. I'm not an expert in any of the techniques for using, but i am into self-help. I also bought a less expensive one that was about 1/3 the cost of this one, to compare, the compromise was material thickness. In hindsight, it seems obvious now that thickness needs to scale with the size of the instrument, and this is a big one. The thinner one is a waste of money, even though it costs way less, because it's not comfortable to use, and therefore you won't.

Beautiful piece of ergonomic steel. Works well for pain relief. Not as effective as TDN for TP restrictions, but covers more surface area :)

This is an excellent IASTM tool for a fraction of the price. I have had experience with other more expensive brands and there is no reason that I wouldn't recommend this tool to seeking professionals. It is heavyweight, durable, and transduction into your hand feels great!

The handle bar is superiorly made. Great construction...material is superb...engineering of product is top line...great feel in hands...I find I have a lot of control...I feel more anomalies in the muscle tissues...I can go deeper...the patients feel comfortable...great seller...great communication...highly recommended...would buy from again...Thanks again!

I love this handlebar! I am a Massage Therapist & use Gua Sha in several of my daily massages. This tool is easy to use, comfortable to grip & easy to clean after each use. I have several Gua Sha stone's I also use, but this handlebar is definitely my favorite!
