great flavor!
I have heard of black garlic and had it at restaurants a few times, but I have never had the opportunity to cook with it at home. This large bag provided plenty for me to experiment with. The cloves are large and soft. The bag is resealable which is nice. I don't have any other black garlic to compare this too since this is my first time using it at home. But it seems like very good quality and is a great addition to all kinds of dishes. Be sure to research a bit before buying, this isn't the same as the typical white garlic that many are used to!

Black Garlic is delicious!
I just used 4 of these cloves in a pot of greens I made today. The cloves have a sweet savory flavor. They taste delicious! I bought 2 packages and I'm pleased with the taste of this garlic that looks like chocolate funge and has a sticky feel that I love.
