This was easier to use than I thought. It actually works and pretty much instantly got COLD. I love how easy they are to travel with or have on hand. It instantly provided relief to my shoulder as well as some cool to a grease burn I had gotten on my wrist. No more fumbling with ice packs or frozen vegetables for me. The value is totally there. And if I were someone into sports this would be my go to since they last so long.

I get anxiety on the go sometimes and Ice packs are the only thing that helps. I was shocked at how cold these things get and they’re so easy to use. Nothing leaks out the bag and they’ve become a staple in my purse. Definitely ordering more.

Overall I'm really happy with these ice packs. I always try to keep a couple in my backpack to take along during hikes or camping. These instant cooling packs are perfect for emergencies or even cooling someone down when they're dehydrated and starting heat exhaustion. Simply squeeze the pack to pop the inner capsule, shake it for a few seconds, then apply directly to the bruise or the back of the neck if using to cool down. These packs do pop and activate easier than a few other brands I've tried so be careful if you're just tossing them loose in a pack.The only minor complaint is that they don't seem to last very long compared to other brands I've tried in the past. I activated 3 packs and they each didn't last more than 5-6 minutes. In a pinch I suppose its better than nothing.

Part of our home IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) addition. Ideally, hope we never need to use, but good to know we have it on hand.

I highly recommend to keep a pack of these handy because you know there’s those times you need an ice pack and you don’t have one so you have to improvise. Especially if you’re over the age of 30, you’re just always getting injured for some reason lol

I had to send these back. I had breast surgery and couldn't "twist" or get it to activate. If you have any kind of problem with strength, or even if you don't these are impossible to activate for the ice. My daughter and sister both tried and finally got one to activate but it wasn't worth the hassle.
