It didn't take long to come in and it came as described! Comes with everything you need go get the job done too! Both options work great and look pretty in my hair, it doesn't take very long to heat up, and it lasts :)) all around happy with the product and recommend

So far it does what it says. If you're experienced using a flat iron you'll appreciate the sliding ceramic tiles. They help your hair from not getting pulled on or out "OUCH" I can get down to my roots and it straightens all the way down my hair which is almost to my waist leving it straight and shiny! I will be purchasing a hair heat protectant.Especially when curling your hair. It can get very hot. Yes, you can curl your hair with it! It does warm up quickly. The only thing I don't care for is the temperature dial location. It is hard to get to and see. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, you can't beat the inexpensive cost! I've not had it long. If anything should change; I will update. So far for the price it's exceeded my expectations.

This is one of the best straighteners I've used! The heat level is great and easy to adjust, And I don't have to turn it all of the way up for it to do a good job straightening my hair. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. I feel like the price is a very good price for this product. It also fits in my hand perfectly. I definitely recommend!

This is a great flat iron! I have super thick, coarse wavy hair and this iron is great at straightening it. It works as good if not better than the higher priced well know irons. I recommened trying. You will not be disappointed.

This straightener worked well enough- it did it's job. I wanted a straightener that could both curl and straighten, and this worked for both. However, I didn't have it turned up to max heat, and it got so hot that it burned my fingers through the casing, which I didn't love but was kinda like 🤷‍♀️ whatever about. The reason I'm sending it back and gave it 3 stars is a you can see in the picture, it got so hot through the casing that the logo started to melt and smear. (You can see more of the smearing irl too, not all of it shows up well in the photo). And my hair is what smeared it, as I tried to curl it. Which is just, no...

Came in. Looks great! Sleek design. Feels good in your hand. Comfortable and lightweight. Don't mind the spinning dial, as sometimes with the button dials certain placements are easy to turn off while in use. Haven't used it yet but the temp goes to 445 which is a must for my super thick/curly hair. It'll be a great replacement for the one my daughter stepped on when she borrowed it from me 😅 I enjoy trying different brands, and I had my last straightener for YEARS before big foot destroyed it, lmbo. I see a lot of people use their flat irons without a brush. If you want your hair to have less damage and look like shiny glass after passing over your hair take a brush to the root, put the straightener above that and as you comb through, follow the brush with the straightener. It keeps your hair from pinching through the plates in knots or kinks and be flat ironed that way. Anywho, can't wait to try a new brand. Happy hair days ladies 🫶

Would have gotten 5 stars if I could actually see the numbers on the temperature gauge. Even with glasses I couldn't see them. Had to take a pic and enlarge it. The edges are curbed so making curls ia easy. I also like the swivel cord.
