This is the second SOS Bracelet I've bought in my life - I lost the first one (I knew I should not have taken it off)! There are cheaper options out there, but I preferred to go with what I knew would be excellent quality, The previous bracelet went with me everywhere - shower, bath, swimming and when I opened it to check I discovered that it was a wee bit wet inside. I had been wearing it for years before checking. As I had typed the info on a manual typewriter (you can tell how long ago I bought the original bracelet), there was not too much damage to the wording, although the paper was a bit soggy. This time I plan to use my Dymo label printer, to get the wording small enough, while still legible. I will also be a bit more circumspect in where I wear it, and do some testing. My bracelet arrived very quickly, and neatly packaged. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. I should perhaps say that I went with the stainless steel option as I knew from previous experience that it would keep its appearance, even after many years.

Very solid and quite nice looking bracelet. Its tricky to put the information paper in the device and if you are not careful, its easy to think you have tightened the top on, when in fact you may not have done. The top came off my wife's bracelet, losing not only the top but also the private medication information inside. A quick email to the seller resolved the issue and they kindly sent us a new top and the paper insert to replace the missing one. I got this in ok and this time the top is on very firmly. I would suggest frequent checks to make sure the top remains secure.Apart from that issue, I think the bracelet does what it sets out to do.

The bracelet is quite neat and slim. I had some difficulty fitting the information strip into the disc and struggled somewhat to screw the top back on. The advice says to regularly check the top is tightly screwed on - I see why as mine fell off after only a few days! Luckily I heard it fall so retrieved it safely and now check it daily.I ordered a size 2cm larger than my wrist but it still feels too loose so needs to be adjusted, otherwise I'm happy with it. Hopefully it will never be needed!

I have had this type of Bracelet before and used it for many years. I would recommend this to anyone with underlying medical problems to wear one of these, especially if on holiday abroad because the headings on each section are in many languages so useful to foreign doctors in case of emergency.

This little bracelet gives my family peace of mind when I'm out and about alone. It was easy to fill in the correct and necessary information and the whole thing fits together perfectly. I considered other cheaper versions but it seemed to me that they wouldn't carry enough information about my heart condition and also that they could be overlooked as just a piece of jewellery. If, in the event of an emergency, the relevent information is to be found easily it needs to be in a capsule or locket which is identifiable by most people. The quality is good and the clasp is well designed.

I am pleased with quality of SOS bracelet I purchased a few weeks ago except I already need to order a new information strip. Even though I regularly check cap is tightly screwed on water still got in and I have had to rewrite my information on strip twice, I noticed that a special waterproof pen comes with new strips which I think should come with bracelet pack? In the meantime I am having to remove bracelet when washing dishes, showering etc which I am not happy to do.

This bracelet looks good as well as being very practical. My wife's first Talisman and she is quite happy to wear it due to the discreet design. There are handy suggestions about the details to include on the information strip inside although it is only a guide and the wearer can decide exactly what information to include. There is ample room to include several medical conditions. I would highly recommend this Talisman bracelet, it is a good quality product for the price you pay. Perhaps even more important is the peace of mind it gives you as a relative or loved one.

Cannot give a personal review because this item was bought as a present for a future birthday. However the person this was purchased for had one previously which was mislaid but she was very happy with it.Might be an idea to offer one with a safety chain.
