Under the right conditions, they work well. In my cubicle at work I get squealing and feedback on every volume and mode setting making them impossible to use. I had high hopes the first couple of days, but I cant use them like I need to.

Defects in battery charger for this ELEHEAR hearing aids.
Elehear hearing aid is functional and ok, but the charger box is not working properly, left side charger is ok but right side was not in full charging capacity only 1 out of 3 led bulbs was on.

Do not purchase, Elehear customer service is useless!!
Purchased Alpha pair through Amazon, unable to pair hearing aids to phone. Followed directions as indicated, however, device would not remain in pairing mode. Contacted Elehear customer service by email and left message. 48-hours later I received call, similar instructions were provided over phone, rep escalated call to tier-2 support. I was told they would call, never received. I was forced to return the hearing aids to Amazon. Ordered a replacement, ater two days of zero success pairing, returned devicefor refund.Do not purchase!!! Worst experience ever with a produc.

these were hearing aids for my husband. He is very pleased with them because he said the sound was very clear and they didn't squeal when he was on the phone.

Product works really well. Only regret is not getting the upgrade version with Bluetooth.

Units work quite well!
I tried three hearing amplifiers and two Blue Tooth hearing aids prior to buying the Elehear. This model works better than any prior models. The units don't restore my hearing to normal, but they help a lot. I've been wearing these units for a little over a month, and am reasonably happy with them. I intend to upgrade to a decent Blue Tooth pair in the near future, when manufacturers work the bugs out of their current models. Blue Tooth models over 1K may work well, I don't know. Meanwhile those of us seeking aids in the 5-$800 range will have to wait until the products are improved in this price range.
